How long does the review take?
If the materials are complete, review is usually finished within 1–2 business days.
A preview link will be sent for you to confirm before going live.
What if I do not have professional photos?
You can shoot horizontally with a phone—ensure good lighting and a clean background. We suggest uploading one photo each of the storefront, interior, and signage/menu. We can do basic touch-ups and cropping if needed.
Can the information be edited after going live?
Yes. Email us and our team will update the page within 3 business days and notify you to re-check.
Can I add multiple stores?
Yes. You may submit the form multiple times to add more locations, and copy fields from a previous location (e.g., business hours, tags), changing only the address and other specifics.
What are the specs for the logo/photos?
Logo: SVG preferred; or PNG (transparent). Min side ≥ 512 px; file ≤ 2 MB.
Photos: 2–8 images; each ≤ 5 MB.
Where will the sticker be mailed?
By default, to the store address you provide. If you need multiple copies or a different address, note the quantity and address in the form.
Can you show delivery / pickup info?
Yes. In the form, enable “Pickup” and/or “Delivery,” and add your delivery-platform links (e.g., Deliveroo, UberEats, JustEat).
How are data and privacy protected?
Your information is used only for onboarding and display. We comply with relevant privacy rules and encrypt sensitive data. You may request correction or deletion at any time.
When will the mini-program be public?
Official public date: September 15. A preview will be provided before going live.
Is bilingual (Chinese & English) display supported?
Yes. Brand name, description, and store details can be provided in both Chinese and English to reach a wider UK audience.
